Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Copy anything you want to keep before you delete.
Option 1 — inside the app (immediate)
If you have an account:
- Open Steady Life and sign in.
- Tap Profile.
- Tap Your account.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
This removes the account, the cloud data and everything stored on the device.
If you use the app without an account:
- Open Steady Life.
- Tap Profile → Your account.
- Tap Delete my data and confirm.
This removes everything on the device. Without an account, nothing of yours exists in the cloud.
Option 2 — by email
Write to privacy@steadylife.pro from your registered address, subject “Account deletion”. We confirm the request, carry out the deletion and let you know when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Account details: email and the sign-in provider identifier (Google or Apple).
- All your journal entries and the replies Master Zeno gave them.
- Journey progress: current day, completed days and your streak.
- Your name and preferences stored on the device.
What remains, and why
- Purchase records — held by Apple or Google, who processed the payment, under their own policies and tax obligations. Not linked to anything you wrote.
- Technical access logs — kept for a limited period to prevent fraud and abuse, with no way to identify you and no journal content.
Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription. Billing is handled by the App Store or Google Play, so cancellation happens there — steps under Support. If you delete without cancelling, the store keeps charging.
Before deleting everything: maybe you only want this
If what bothers you is your entries going to the AI, you don't need to delete the account. Go to Profile → Privacy → Withdraw consent: the “Put it into practice” step stops sending text to the AI and the rest of the app carries on unchanged.
